The BEST and FRESHEST burritos ever!! HIGHLY recommend eating here or taking out. You will definitely come back again and again! :)

The food was really good and the staff was very friendly. I'm not a big ice-cream person, but the Mexican fried ice-cream was delicious.

This store is the area's answer to the recent burrito crazy. Similar to Chilpote, but the menu is a little different. Cafateria style line and they creat your burrito, salad or tacos infront of you as you add on your different toppings. Unfortunately unlike Chilpote they don't have the Carnitas topping (pork) or the spicey steak. They do have chicken, ground meat, steak and veggie option. They make the tortillas fresh infront of you and are generous with the different toppings. The quality is a liitle less than Chilpote, but not bad. Guac is better than other Mexican-food-type places. Staff is friendly. Price is decent and they have a small burrito for kids (or not so hungry adults). Food is better than Moe's and ordering is simple.

I give it two stars for the lack of bubble guts. I got the chicken quesadilla and it honestly had no flavor. Also everything looked a bit dried out. Bleh.

This place is great, They serve your typical San Francisco/Mexican America style burritos but they are miles better than any chain. They used have pork, and it was absolutely amazing stuff, but for some reason they don't have it any more. If they still did it would be an easy five star. The only bad thing about this place is its proximity to Walmart seems to attract older White people that have somehow managed to never try Mexican food before so they hold everyone else up by asking "What's that?", "Is that spicy?", etc. You're making the rest of us look bad. No lie, one woman asked how spicy the tortilla was while it was being made and when she finally got to the end and was asked if she wanted sour cream she replied "It's soured? Don't you have fresh cream?". FML. They have pork again! It's different than what they used to offer but they've somehow managed to make it even more flavorful. Updated to 5 stars.

Wow,upon walking in and seeing a very similar setup to that abortion of a place called MOE's, i was all "ut to da oh" Very limited menu like Moe's....gulp! Ordered the $4.99 beef burrito special and a chicken empanada, which i was pumped to see on the menu. They do it Moe 's/Subway style where you pick the ingredients. Was very impressed to see that the tortillas are fresh dough balls and are squeezed in this big machine. Also, they have several different hot sauces at the condiment area, which was nice. Burrito was surprisingly tight and delicious and the empanada wasn't too bad either. Felt full, but not shitty which is damn near impossible in the "fastish food" world. by the way, I fuckin hate the show "Two and A Half Men"

They make the burritos fresh from a wad of dough. Awesome .

I will never go back to buy any food from this place. Food very poor and service very slow.

As a latino, I can tell you the food is authentic and delicious! The food is prepared in front of you and to your liking. I disagree with the other reviewer who says food is given to you cold.... How can it be cold when it is prepared in front of you and made to order? The place is clean and the price is right! If there is a complaint, it would be the lack of varity of the menu.

Burrito was good. I had chicken. The flour tortilla's are made as you order. Fresh ingredients!

Had beef empanadas and they were delicious, but everything else was just so-so. Chicken needs seasonings and guac wasn't all that holy. The free Wi-Fi advertised was not working and your meal is all a la carte, and pricey- compared to Chipotle. The Spanish music was a nice touch at least.

On a road trip to upstate New York we decided to stop at this place after getting gas nearby. I was surprised to see a fresh tortilla being pressed and prepared which was a very welcome sight. The rice was surprisingly flavorful as was the chicken and steak. The hot salsa was spicy and had good flavor in the burrito. Unfortunately, with chips, the salsa needed some salt and additional flavor. I loved the tablet payment process. I will be sure to remember to stop by again next time I am headed upstate.

Tried the chicken quesadilla, very good. Their guacomole is in a tiny little bowl... The size that my hamsters' food bowl. Definitely not enough guacomole for all the chips we have. Food is enjoyable.

They make the tortilla fresh while you watch and the salsas are also made onsite. Very tasty. The pork is especially good. The staff is unfailingly pleasant... Not always a given here in the Poconos.

This is my spot for late night dinner burritos. Every time I go, regardless of the staff member, my burrito is always perfect size and the ingredients are as fresh as they come. Even when they are not busy they practically instantaneously drop what they are doing to focus on me and my meal. The tortillas are wonderful; fresh pressed and grilled but strong enough to hold the 2lbs of ingredients. One thing that stood out to me is the cleanliness if the place. Everywhere. From the booths to the counters, the grill walls to the windows. Great place. And reasonably priced.

When I lived in NJ, I used to frequent Chipotle, but this place has amazing food. Love the burritos, very friendly workers!

While in town, we stopped in for lunch after reading the other reviews and weren't disappointed. The store was clean, the employees were friendly, and the food very good. Three of us had had a burrito, a quesadilla, and an order of empanadas, all of which were delicious. The food was custom made to order, tasted fresh, and not at all greasy (including the chips). The portions were huge-- I could only eat half of the burrito and would probably order the kids portion the next time (which was offered for lighter appetites). I would definitely stop in here again!

I'm from cali.. looks like my place in PA! Really fresh all meat is grilled except for ground beef. But who cares about ground beef unless u have kids. This place reminds me of Rubio's in their own unique way! Very good for people who diet. I'm from Southern Cal, & I know good Mexican food. It's more of a fresca style place but very healthy.

I ordered a pork burrito which was really good - the corn with the rice in the burrito were seasoned deliciously and very flavorful. Large portions and it came with a side of chips and salsa which was nice. Better burrito than other well-known chains of the same fast service style.

I was pleasantly surprised by the authenticity of the food here, and I grew up in southern California (most of my life) The service here is also very good, the facilities are very clean. I just wish they would offer up some authentic Mexican beverages such as 'horchata' or 'agua de tamarindo' or 'jugo de zanahoria'

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
